A little about me...

Hi! My name is Rebecca. I first started my spiritual and wellness journey 20 + years ago. Having always been drawn to the holistic approach I started my well being journey through Reiki, EFT, crystals, psychic sciences, and mindset coaching, to name but a few!

After having taken part in many various courses and events it became a deep desire of mine to help others on their healing journey and to help aide in creating their desired lives.

As a Master Crystologist I specialize in harnessing the flow of energy to promote healing and well-being by leveraging the unique properties of crystals to enhance physical, emotional, and energetic balance.

With a passion for manifestation, my mindset coaching enables me to guide clients through the process of setting intentions creating powerful affirmations via my email packages. Additionally, as a mindset coach, I help individuals develop empowering thought patterns that foster resilience and personal growth. By combining these practices, I create a holistic approach to wellness, encouraging a harmonious connection between the mind and body. My goal is to empower each person I work with to realize their highest potential and live a life of fulfilment and joy.
